During a visit to the enterprise, the President was informed about the development of innovative technologies and the organization of the production of high-quality engine parts and hydraulic transmissions, the development of export and import substitution. Alexander Lukashenko was especially interested in the development prospects of the enterprise. “The fact that good production is created is a fact. But this seed, which sprouted well, sprouted. We’ll clean it today, and tomorrow we need to sow in order to get more. There should be a multiplier effect, ”the president said.
As the director of Tekhnolita Alexander Bodyako told reporters, the enterprise is successfully operating and developing thanks to the developed innovative casting technology, which has not been reproduced by anyone in the world. “We get high quality castings for small series of parts of special equipment and have occupied a niche that is not within the scope of specialized plants that mass-produce such products,” he said.
The Director explained that the creation of foundries in enterprises that need a small series of such parts, as a rule, leads to high costs and low quality products. “As a result, a number of enterprises in Belarus and Russia closed their foundries in favor of our products. The small series of parts that they made for themselves were passed on to us, ”said Alexander Bodyako. “Today we no longer have enough production facilities, we are building and developing.”
